Delivery in South Africa
- Delivery anywhere in South Africa is R130.
- Orders of R1,000 or more ship free.
- We aim to dispatch within 3 to 5 business days of payment. The Courier Guy then usually delivers within 1 to 5 business days. You'll get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.
- Every piece is wrapped by hand and packed for fragile transport.
Collect from our Imhoff Farm studio
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order for free from the Purely Porcelain Studio, Shop 17, Imhoff Farm, Kommetjie. We're open 7 days a week, 9am to 5pm. We'll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number.
International orders
We deliver within South Africa only for now. If you'd like to order from abroad, email shop@purelyporcelain.co.za and we'll let you know when international shipping opens.
If something arrives damaged
Please unpack your order carefully and check it as soon as it arrives. If anything is broken, chipped or not what you ordered, email shop@purelyporcelain.co.za with your order number and photos, ideally within 48 hours, and keep the packaging. Our Returns Policy explains what happens next.
