Delivery
- Delivery anywhere in South Africa is R130. Orders of R1,000 or more ship free.
- We aim to dispatch within 3 to 5 business days. The Courier Guy then usually delivers within 1 to 5 business days.
- Or collect for free from our Imhoff Farm studio, open 7 days a week, 9am to 5pm. We'll email you when your order is ready.
Arrives safely
Every piece is wrapped by hand and packed for fragile transport. If anything arrives broken, chipped or isn't what you ordered, email shop@purelyporcelain.co.za with your order number and photos, ideally within 48 hours, and keep the packaging. We'll repair, replace or refund it, whichever you prefer, and we pay the return shipping.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel within 7 days of receiving your order. Let us know in writing, then return the item unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is for your account, and we refund you within 30 days. After 7 days we can't accept change-of-mind returns.
